An original set of Mercedes-Benz Carat Duchatelet 16 inch rims. These wheels are a distinctive period-correct luxury wheel design commonly associated with Carat Duchatelet–converted Mercedes-Benz vehicles from the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Carat Duchatelet conversions focused on ultra-luxury coachbuilt Mercedes-Benz models, often featuring bespoke interiors, extended wheelbases, and unique exterior details. These rims complement that philosophy with a clean, elegant, and understated design.

The measurements of these rims are: 7.5Jx16 ET15

The first number indicates the width of the rim, in this case 7.5 inches. Rim widths are displayed in imperial measurements.

The J indicates the bead profile. The marking is used to define the wheel collar profile. Wheel collar and tires must match. The J profile is very common.

The second number indicates the diameter of the rim. In this case 16 inches.

The ET value is the offset, in this case 15 mm. ET values are displayed in metric measurements. That is the distance between the hub mounting surface and the rim’s center line.

The bolt pattern means 5 bolts in a circular pattern with a diameter of 112 mm. Bolt patterns are displayed in metric measurements.
