Genuine Mercedes-Benz W124 500E Front & Rear Bumper

Product Description:

A genuine set of OEM W124 500E front and rear bumpers in very good condition. This set is for the pre-facelif model, meaning before 1994. It will however fit on any W124 but only if the fenders are adjusted.

Please note that the front bumper comes without fog lights. We do have the correct fog lights in stock.

We currently don’t have any OEM W124 500E front fenders in stock but a fresh set is on its way. Contact us for details.

Those wide fenders where the reason that Porsche was partly involved in the build of these cars. Mercedes-Benz delivered the body parts from Sindelfingen to Zuffenhausen where the Porsche team assembled all these parts. This happened in the Werk 2 building of Porsche. Porsche also added in-house manufactured parts like the fenders we are offering for example. When this process was done the bodies where transported back to Sindelfingen for paint. After paint they where shipped back to Porsche’s Rössle-bau plant for final assembly. When this was done they where shipped back to Sindelfingen yet again. This is where Mercedes-Benz gave them their stamp of approval and they where finally ready to hit the road. This whole process took 18 days per car.
