Product Description:
This is an original BRABUS sport suspension kit for the Mercedes-Benz W124, featuring the iconic orange BRABUS lowering springs paired with SACHS-manufactured BRABUS-tuned dampers. These components were engineered specifically for BRABUS conversions of the era, offering sharper handling, reduced body roll, and a more responsive driving feel without sacrificing comfort.
BRABUS worked closely with Sachs to produce dampers tailored to their proprietary spring rates, resulting in a setup that strikes the perfect balance between daily usability and performance. These kits were fitted to various BRABUS-modified W124 models, including E-Class sedans and coupés, and are now extremely difficult to source in complete, original condition.
During the W124 tuning era, multiple specialists attempted to bring upgraded dynamics to the platform, but few achieved the refinement of the BRABUS/Sachs collaboration. The combination of BRABUS lowering springs and Sachs sporting dampers delivered one of the most respected period-correct handling upgrades available for the chassis, a true OEM+ enhancement from one of Germany’s most iconic tuners.
